Has almost all the parts you need. Still had to make some modifications.I purchased the metal center brackets and modified out box spring down to only 3 inches thick. Overall very happy. But make sure you get middle support brackets.Railing are a perfect match to the crib headboard and footboard, but what you aren’t told is that this won’t work with a full size mattress unless you put some sort of support railings. We had to go out and spend another $50 at the hardware store for 2x4 slats to run across. A bit disappointed by all the hassle. End product looks great.Super happy with this purchase. We bought the Meadow 4-in-1 convertible crib for our daughter. She is now 2.5 and was ready to move straight from the crib to the full bed. We skipped the toddler versions. Other reviews said it was easiest if original crib was in place before converting, and I can see why. No slats, but it seems sturdy enough for now. Overall, took my not-handy-at-all husband and I about 30 minutes!Perfect for my Davinchi full size crib i bought in 2016. The full size bed kit fits perfectly. The bed is low to the ground. You will need to purchase Slats, bunkie board , or box spring before you place the mattress. At first I didn’t think it was compatible with the Grove crib, I called customer service and realized that I didn’t have the legs on the footboard since I last took the crib apart when it was set up as a toddler bed. Once I put those on everything worked great!I had a lot of concerning purchasing this item and did a ton of research. Per the Million dollar baby website this is compatible with the MDB Ashbury bed. You will need two people to complete the job. And yes you are paying for screws and 2 pieces of wood. If you have switched to the toddler bed, I would recommend making it a crib again so you have the footboard and headboard assembled. Then disable the crib. This makes assembling the full bed easy. Based off reviews I had slats made and placed under the bed. After putting the mattress and box spring I decided to remove the slats because the bed was too high. I am a healthy sized woman and feel perfectly fine and safe I'm the bed with just the box spring and mattress and have zero concerns about it supporting my weight or my toddlers weight. If you are not planning on using a box spring you will have issues and need slats. The bed looks great and I'm pleased with it.The instructions that came with the kit are useless for a Jayden crib conversion. We eventually completed the conversion by looking at Jayden crib photos and figuring out that need to attached the corner vertical pieces to the footboard. The instructions do not show nor state this. Lousy manufacturer/seller instructions.Works fine on the Slate gray Meadow bed by DaVinci. Satisfied with this purchase. The longest and hardest part was taking down the toddler bed. Directions are short and to the point but pretty straight forward. Took a couple hours in total. Like others mentioned, I doubted the rails would hold due to the small ledge the box spring sits on and being wood not metal like I’m used to but my son and I snuggled on it for a bit and we were fine and I’m a plus size woman. You for sure can’t just use a mattress. It will fall thru. Headboard is a tad shaky. Could be me not screwing bolts tight enough. Will take another look. Rail color matches perfectly with the slate head and foot board.I bought the conversion kit for our MDB Louis Crib but it didn't come with any bed slats. Is that correct? I find it strange that there were no instructions to install it, no instructions online, no product info in the box and that I paid $140 CAD for two pieces of wood and two brackets. After being a month late and fighting for a refund, it arrived and it is damaged in the box.The price of this I could have just bought a whole new bed from ikea. Not worth converting the crib.Sturdy and easy to assemble. However, our box spring and mattress fell through. We will have to purchase a sheet of plywood or some additional support. Both are full size.Until I ordered the conversion kit and then I ordered my box spring and realized that my boxing does not fit it's slightly too big and we bought up full and it still doesn't fit no not sure what to doFor our million dollar baby foothill crib perfectly however not the same color as described.
