The Northern Mountains are all that separate the three villages containing human life from the dangerous and forgotten territories. A place with hidden monsters and unknown enemies. I found the story very fascinating. It involves mystery and suspense, with a plot that tests the integrity of the characters which must make decisions that bring to light their true bravery.This young 13 year old tells the story with such innocence, yet with much maturity for her age. True friendship can conquer any adversities such as the struggle for power and vengeance.
