Size XL. 6'3" 230lbs fit build for example. Great design. Terrible fit. Actually, it fits exactly like the photo shows. The sleeves are awkwardly short and large. The t-shirt brand is Gildan, which in most cases makes perfect XL shirts. This one, however, has short, extremely wide sleeves and is massive around the mid section. Very awkward and unusual. I thought maybe it would fit better after a wash, but it's just as bad. Again, great design, but I'd pass on this one unless you're built like a pear. If that's the case, snatch it up.
